Thank you for shopping with us. All of our jewelry is carefully handmade and securely packaged before dispatch. We ship all orders using Royal Mail to ensure reliable and trusted delivery worldwide.
Processing Time

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside the UK), the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred. We recommend checking your local customs office for specific rates before placing an order.
Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. If you selected a tracked service, your Royal Mail tracking number will be included. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

UK: 7 working days (RM 48) / 5 working days (RM 24).

International: 20 working days.
Lost Parcels: Royal Mail officially considers a parcel "lost" after 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International) from the due date. Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
